What to write to us about

Corrections to an entry, suggestions for hotels that fit one of the four categories, and questions about how the index works.

Hotels and their representatives are welcome to point out factual errors. A message from a property does not guarantee inclusion, and we don't accept payment for it.

What we can't help with

Indexcly is not a booking service. We can't reserve rooms, change or cancel reservations, check availability or quote rates. For any of those, contact the hotel directly or the service you booked through.

Response

We read every message. Corrections get priority. We usually reply within a few working days, though we may not answer every suggestion individually.
