Who these terms are with
These terms govern your use of indexcly.com, published by the United Auburn Indian Community, 1200 Athens Avenue, Lincoln, CA 95648, United States. By using the site you accept them; if you do not, please stop using it.
Rules of use
- Use the site for personal, non-commercial research into travel and accommodation.
- Do not scrape, mirror or republish the cards in bulk, and do not interfere with the site's operation or security.
- Do not use the site for anything unlawful or to mislead other people.
Age
Use of indexcly is limited to people aged 18 and up, rising to 21 wherever local law sets that higher threshold for this subject. Separately, each hotel applies its own check-in age; confirm it with the property.
Information, not bookings
We publish general information in good faith and revise it when we learn of changes, but we cannot promise that every detail is current. We do not sell rooms, take payments or hold reservations. Always confirm facts with the hotel before you rely on them.
Third parties
Our buttons open websites belonging to other businesses, and what happens there is outside our control. We accept no liability for those sites, for changes to room prices, resort fees, taxes, deposits or house rules, or for how any booking platform performs. A reservation binds you and the business that takes it.
Intellectual property
The publisher, or those who license material to it, owns the wording, design, monograms, medal emblem and code of indexcly. Brief quotations are welcome if they credit and link to us. Every hotel name and mark remains its owner's property and is used here purely to say which hotel a card describes.
What the index covers
Our site provides information exclusively about accommodation, resort leisure and travel amenities. We do not promote or facilitate participation in gambling.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the site is provided as is, and the publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
California law, within the United States, governs these terms. Courts sitting in California will handle any dispute, although consumer protections that cannot be waived where you live still apply.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms; the date below shows the latest version. Questions: contact@indexcly.com.
